Use two tablespoons of cooking oil / pure cow ghee in any preparation. Rotate monthly: Sunflower โ†’ Mustard โ†’ Rice bran โ†’ Soybean โ†’ Olive oil.

Avoid all refined carbohydrates โ€” sugar, canned juices, jams, chocolates, maida preparations. Aerated drinks, fried food and processed cheese should also be avoided.
